Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating sensitive information. You’ll play a key role in supporting team members and maintaining data integrity across our systems

Key Responsibilities:
-Enter and update data in legacy systems.
-Process a high volume of requests received primarily via email; occasional phone calls may be required to confirm or assist with requests.
-Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
-Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate MS Office and Excel.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
-Experience in a high volume and fast paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience using Oracle systems.
-Experience with Inventory Management related data entry
-Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
