System Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in process simulation or plant simulation tools to help analyze, model, and optimize complex manufacturing workflows. In this role, you will translate operational challenges into data‑driven insights, build simulation models that predict system behavior, and guide decision‑making across engineering, production, and leadership teams.

3+ years of experience as a business analyst/system engineer
hands-on experience in process simulation or plant simulation tools
Understanding of manufacturing workflows

Bachelors Degree in related field
