Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Corporate Events Coordinator to work remotely for a large Life Sciences company. This person will be booking travel for groups of 50+ employees, supporting in person meetings and live events, and working heavily in CVENT and Concur for travel booking and reconciliations. This person will need to manage attendee communications, have experience with presenting, and have strong communication skills with external customers. These events will be mainly educational events for medical professionals who utilize their services.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience booking travel for customers
Strong communication skills with external customers and ability to shift travel booking and manage schedules of 50+ attendees
Prior corporate events experience

Bachelor's Degree
