Job Description
This position is responsible for procurement tracking and coordinating and providing administrative/clerical support to the assigned division/section. The role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day functions of the assigned area and for performing a variety of administrative support tasks including communicating with vendors and internal county staff. Work is performed under the general supervision of the assigned supervisor and is reviewed through reports and logs for accuracy and achievement of desired results.

Required Skills & Experience
• Assist field/operations teams with procurement of utilities equipment/materials, and invoice reconciliation and tracking.
• Regular phone and email contact/communication with utilities vendors, contractors, and field staff.
• Prepares general, routine electronic mail correspondence or spreadsheets such as memoranda, letters, contracts, and forms. Performs basic clerical duties such as electronic filing, and photocopying/scanning.
• Performs research, collection and analysis of data related to area of assignment. Prepare documents such as statistical charts, tables and graphs for use in reports.
• Emergency Management Responsibilities (Volunteer Basis for Insight Consultant) In the event of an emergency or disaster, an employee in this role may volunteer to respond promptly to duties and responsibilities (i.e. assistance with FEMA documentation requirements) as assigned by the employees’ department. Such assignments may be before or after an emergency/disaster.
