Job Description
The Data & Advanced Analytics AI Specialist will play a key role in transforming
business data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and
improving operational efficiency. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining
Power BI dashboards, conducting data analysis to identify trends, evaluating processes
for improvement opportunities, and championing AI-driven initiatives to enhance
business performance. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate
about leveraging data and intelligent automation to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to
provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions and
ensure data models are optimized for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across
business operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic
planning and performance improvements and perform root-cause analysis and
generate clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct process reviews and evaluations to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
Recommend improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Support implementation of improvements through process mapping, KPI
development, and monitoring.
• Support the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, such as predictive
analytics, automation, and workflow optimization. Identify areas where AI can
enhance productivity, accuracy, or customer experience. Collaborate with
technical teams to build, test, and refine models or automation tools.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand operational challenges and
analytics needs. Present insights through reports, presentations, and data
storytelling. Provide training or documentation to help teams interpret
dashboards and use analytics tools effectively

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems,
Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or advanced
analytics roles (or equivalent). Proven experience with automation tools (e.g.,
Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows, etc...).
• Experience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives is
preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Strong analytical
skills and experience working with large datasets. Knowledge of SQL or other
query languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights. Self-starter with
the ability to manage multiple priorities
