Job Description

• Engineer and maintain Forcepoint DLP policies and rules as the platform approaches contract expiration (September)
• Focus exclusively on DLP and data protection work (no SIEM-related responsibilities)
• Support DSPM initiatives, including integrations between Forcepoint, Microsoft DSPM, and CrowdStrike
• Lead or support migration of historical DLP violation data to cloud-based storage solutions (AWS S3, Azure Blob, file shares)
• Partner with leadership (including Matt, DSPM lead) to move historical DLP data into CrowdStrike and other data stores
• Ensure proper data housing for compliance and reference
• Support Forcepoint decommissioning strategy, with migration as the primary option
Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) domain
• Hands-on Forcepoint DLP experience (rules, policies, violations, administration)
• Legacy DLP migration experience (strong preference: Forcepoint → Microsoft Purview)
• CrowdStrike EDR domain experience
• Experience leading or supporting DSPM migrations from on‑prem to cloud
• Experience migrating and housing data in AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, or similar
• Strong background in DLP policy creation, data containment, and violation management
Ability to support engineering and project work around an expiring DLP platform

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Scripting or software development experience
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or insurance environments
• Experience with Microsoft DSPM and integrations with CrowdStrike
Prior experience decommissioning legacy DLP tools
