Job Description
Looking for a Security Engineer to join an Access Security operations team. This role will provide critical support across two primary areas: Single Sign-On (SSO) engineering using Ping Identity, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) compliance operations including quarterly access certification reviews. The ideal candidate will be technically strong in SSO and IAM tooling, highly organized, and an excellent communicator — as a significant portion of this role involves coordinating with managers and stakeholders across the organization to complete compliance activities. Key responsibilities:
• Support and manage SSO integration requests using Ping Identity, including onboarding new applications and maintaining existing integrations
• Serve as a coverage resource for SSO requests originating from India-based development teams, reducing the burden on the US-based SSO engineer
• Execute quarterly IAM access certification reviews — notifying managers, tracking completion, reassigning reviews as needed, and ensuring timely closure
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders across the organization to drive compliance activity to completion
• Assist with SailPoint role management and access governance workflows (preferred)
• Contribute to automation efforts using scripting (PowerShell) to streamline repetitive operational tasks

Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with SSO technologies, with direct experience using Ping Identity
2+ years of experience with IAM compliance operations, including access certification or access review processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — this role requires persistent, professional follow-up with managers and end users
Familiarity with scripting for automation (PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with SailPoint for role management and access governance
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Background in proxy services or broader access infrastructure
Experience in a financial services or payments environment
