Job Description

An Enclosure Technician is a hands-on, shop‑based role focused on building, wiring, and assembling electrical enclosures used in industrial and infrastructure environments (utilities, water/wastewater, mining, power, data, etc.).

Ability to read, analyze and interpret written instructions and documents as they apply to aforementioned duties
and responsibilities

Ability to read and interpret layout drawings, charts, specification sheets, etc.

Ability to use tools

Ability to make judgments after analysis of available information and responding with a timely decision.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high turnover production environment.

Ability to plan work and sequence priorities

Adaptability to new and changing work environments

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of a high school diploma.

 Ability to read measurement devices down to 1/32” and convert fractions.

 Extreme attention to detail.

 Dimensional drawing reading proficiency of multi-view drawings with section and detail views.

 Reliable transportation.
