Job Description
Build and maintain MBSE models representing ground systems units for space sensing satellites, interfaces, and mission data flows.
Develop system architectures, technical specifications, and ICDs using tools like Cameo, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody.
Translate mission needs into digital system representations used for design and verification.
Lead technical discussions across dispersed engineering teams and support design reviews.
Analyze requirements, interfaces, and dependencies to identify technical risks early.
Support requirements verification and traceability throughout the system lifecycle.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on SE best practices.
PAY RATE $70-90/H

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years systems engineering on large, complex DoD systems
Strong MBSE experience using either Cameo, MagicDraw, DOORS, or Rhapsody
Experience leading multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Bachelor’s degree
