Job Description
• Enter, track, and maintain accurate time and attendance records for staff
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems
• File, organize, and maintain employee records in compliance with retention schedules and confidentiality requirements
• Support record retention processes, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards
• Assist with reconciling departmental payroll and financial records to ensure accuracy
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies related to timekeeping or payroll data
• Provide administrative support to HR, payroll, and timekeeping functions as needed
• Perform additional administrative and clerical duties to support departmental operations

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Admin skills (data entry, filing, handling forms/records, etc.)
- Basic math skills
