Construction Cost Estimator – Data Center Infrastructure

This role supports data center design teams by developing high-level and project-specific construction cost estimates for new infrastructure designs. The estimator will evaluate drawings and design packages to determine expected construction costs across U.S. markets, using tools such as RSMeans and historical project data. They will support ad hoc estimating requests for new designs, design alternatives, and early‑stage feasibility assessments. The role helps establish cost comparability between design options where estimates are required but not yet reliable.

• Experience in construction cost estimating for large commercial or industrial projects
• Background in construction or estimating roles
• Experience using RSMeans or similar estimating tools
• Ability to produce cost estimates from incomplete or early-stage designs
• Experience working with fluctuating market conditions

• Experience estimating mechanical or infrastructure-heavy projects
• Familiarity with data center construction environments
• Experience supporting internal design teams rather than GC-led projects
• Ability to benchmark estimates against past project data
