Job Description
The Jr. Software Engineer will join a team of developers supporting a custom, internal middleware application used in a large‑scale physical warehouse and logistics center. This role will involve hands-on coding, with about 80% of the focus on new feature development, with the remaining 20% supporting maintenance, bug fixes, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers. The junior engineer will assist with building backend services using C#/.NET, contribute to frontend enhancements using Angular, and help improve existing functionality as part of an agile, sprint‑based team.
The Jr. Software Engineer will participate in standups, sprint planning, and technical discussions, gaining exposure to architectural decisions and enterprise development practices. The ideal candidate displays a natural curiosity to grow and learn, a self-motivated attitude, and strong collaboration skills.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of software development experience
• Programming experience using C# and .NET, and fundamental understanding of backend development concepts (APIs, services, business logic)
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within a structured engineering team
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an onsite, team‑based environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with front end technologies (Angular, Javascript/Typescript/ HTML/CSS)
• Experience within an Azure or cloud-based development environment
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB/SQL/NoSQL)
• Background or interest in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or industrial automation
Internship or project experience supporting enterprise or internal applications
