Job Description
The Fullstack Software Engineer will serve as the technical lead for our client's middleware application that connects physical warehouse automation systems to their enterprise ERP platform. Day-to-day this role requires the engineer to be hands-on coding, while also guiding engineering best practices and enforcing clean architecture and SOLID principles. The Lead Engineer will work closely with the Scrum Master/Program Manager, participate in technical standups as the authority on design decisions, and help shape the evolution of the tech stack. This application is largely backend‑focused, with integrations and production reliability at the core. The engineer will collaborate onsite with cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast‑moving, operationally critical environment. The ideal candidate will be technically sound and have great communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10+ years of experience in hands-on fullstack software development
• Well-versed in C# and modern .NET (8+)
• Frontend experience with Angular 17+ and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
• Strong understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles
• Experience designing middleware or integration-heavy systems
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and MongoDB or NoSQL data modeling
Excellent communication and leadership/mentorship skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or industrial automation environments
Experience with Oracle EDS or ERP integrations
