Email Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an Email Analyst for a leading organization within the sports industry. This individual will support a high-volume email marketing team responsible for delivering campaigns across national, section/district, and professional sports audiences. The Email Analyst will execute and deploy email campaigns, manage audience targeting, track performance metrics, and provide insights using existing Tableau dashboards. This role works closely with a collaborative email team under the digital technology organization and supports a wide range of internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong HTML and Adobe experience, a passion for data-driven marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Day-to-Day:
- Build, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Target and segment audiences for campaigns across different business areas.
- Track and analyze campaign performance including clicks, opt-outs, URLs, and audience engagement.
- Review campaign performance using Tableau dashboards (no query building; dashboards already created).
- Provide insights and feedback on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Capture and manage leads for different events based on audience opt-ins.
- Support a mix of custom/adhoc, recurring batch, and real-time transactional emails.

- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or email analysis.
- Strong HTML experience.
- Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite) experience.
- Hands-on experience executing email campaigns.

- Experience within the sports industry.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups or high-volume email environments.
