I’m hiring an RHT (Rural Health Transformation) Program Lead to spearhead North Carolina’s health information exchange work in the CMS Rural Health Transformation initiative. If you love aligning strategy with delivery, partnering across agencies and providers, and turning interoperability into real outcomes for patients, let’s talk.
You’ll lead:
- A statewide roadmap to expand rural provider connectivity and elevate clinical data quality.
- Onboarding of hundreds of providers to NC HealthConnex, with tools like NC*Notify and data-driven insights that move care teams faster.
- Vendor partnerships, funding milestones, and continuous improvement that translate policy into measurable results.

Required Skills & Experience
Have 5+ years of health IT program leadership (HIE/EHR integration, HL7/FHIR, value-based care).
- Communicate clearly, manage vendors deftly, and enjoy cross-agency collaboration.
- Balance strategic thinking with operational execution, and you like seeing your work help people.
