Product Owner

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner/ BA who takes strong ownership, has exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable stepping beyond defined responsibilities when project demands require it. Business Analysis is the core focus of this role, with additional ownership over UAT, stakeholder alignment, and post-production support. The ideal candidate will see the project through warranty and post warranty phase.

This role supports a 20+ year-old asset management application currently in maintenance, with ongoing enhancements as part of a modernization initiatives to migrate and modernize data and functionality to the cloud. The ideal candidate has experience seeing products through the full lifecycle, thrives in a Hybrid Agile environment, and brings a hands-on, flexible mindset—especially around UAT and production support.

You will act as the primary bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into clear requirements, driving backlog priorities, supporting testing, and ensuring smooth releases every 2–3 months. The ideal candidate is willing to wear multiple hats and work hands on in testing as needed. This role also requires 4X a week on site in Addison, TX.

• 8 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Strong experience in gathering business requirements and writing user stories
• Strong experience utilizing AI agents (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to write user stories, create workflows, and UI design
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning, within a Hybrid Agile environment
• Planned, coordinated, and executed end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), driving stakeholder sign-off before releases
• Experience with hands-on manual testing to validate that delivered functionality met documented requirements
• Basic SQL query experience

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO certifications
• Manufacturing or Telecomm experience
