Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Territory Account Manager to expand their healthcare client's partnerships with specialty clinics across the country (specifically Neurology and Endocrinology). You will own everything: prospecting, relationship-building, closing, and handoff, within your assigned territory. This is high-volume, high-intensity, boots-on-the-ground sales opportunity. You'll be talking directly with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators, helping them understand how the client's managed service extends their care. The sales cycle is fast, the product is real, and the people you're selling to genuinely benefit from what the client is offering (Chronic Care Management services). You will develop real relationships with clinic stakeholders in your territory and build actual trust by understanding their problems, being honest about what we can and can't do, and consistently following
through.

This position is expected to be 80% travel.
OTE $250k+ with uncapped commission

Required Skills & Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in a sales/client facing role
- Confidence in developing a sales strategy from the ground up
- Excellent communication skills and sales negotiation skills
- Able to story tell and share how you have shown perseverance through challenging times (either professionally or personally)
- CRM Proficiency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in healthcare/medical sales
- HubSpot CRM experience
