Job Description
The Supervisor, Plant Accounting is responsible for overseeing the financial operations within a plant manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate product costing, timely financial reporting, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements. The position reports to the Accounting Manager and supervises accounting staff, including the Senior Accountant.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or working towards it (at least one exam passed).
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems like Oracle.
• Leadership experience.
