Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to support business operations in a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure and datacenter organization. This role is ideal for a mid-level project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong operational rigor, and can flex between hands-on execution and program-level structure. You will operate as a project “quarterback,” driving cross-functional initiatives that support people, process, and systems as the company grows.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with significant exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional operational projects across IT, back-office systems, HR, and internal platforms
Establish project structure, cadence, and rigor to support scale, repeatability, and execution speed
Own project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication across stakeholders
Partner closely with functional leaders to translate priorities into actionable project plans
Drive execution in ambiguous environments, adapting quickly as priorities evolve
Support both project-level delivery and light program-level coordination as needed
Create and maintain documentation, reporting, and operational workflows using Microsoft tools
