Role Overview
Sherwin‑Williams is seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Techno‑Functional Developer with strong hands‑on experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle reporting. This role requires a senior‑level resource who understands how ERP systems work end‑to‑end, both functionally and technically.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, owning integrations, reporting, and ERP process support while communicating clearly with U.S.‑based stakeholders. Strong English communication skills are required.
PR: $20-$25hr

Senior‑level experience as an Oracle ERP Developer / Consultant
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Proven experience writing and supporting Oracle ERP reports
Solid understanding of ERP functional concepts and end‑to‑end business processes
Demonstrated success in a techno‑functional role, bridging business needs and technical delivery
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for direct interaction with Sherwin‑Williams stakeholders
Ability to work CST‑aligned hours from LATAM
Ability to start immediately

Experience supporting enterprise‑scale ERP environments
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or large corporate ERP landscapes
Exposure to additional Oracle Cloud services
