Job Description
We are seeking a Go-To-Market Project Manager to support the execution of cross-functional initiatives tied to product launches, visual merchandising deliverables, and end-to-end process. This individual will help support end-to-end program management and drive alignment, timelines, and execution across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and operational experience, with the ability to coordinate across visual merchandising, merchandising, marketing and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and launches run smoothly. This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support go-to-market project execution across multiple cross-functional initiatives
• Maintain project timelines, launch calendars, milestone trackers, and workback schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, merchandising, product development, analytics, and operations
• Oversee end-to-end workflow management to ensure all launch deliverables are completed on time
• Track project progress and help identify and resolve blockers or operational issues
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across teams
• Support execution of visual merchandising, special projects and launch-related deliverables

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project management, operations, or go-to-market experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project execution and launch coordination
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront or similar
• Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills, including: utilizing formulas to build workback schedules, utilizing pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functionality
• Experience working with marketing, merchandising, product, analytics, or operations teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any PMP certifications
-Familiarity with merchandising/marketing
-Experience in retail
