Job Description

The IDG/IGA Project Manager will oversee the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration solutions within a hospital operations environment. This role is focused on delivery and execution within a structured PMO, rather than hands-on technical design. The ideal candidate has led multiple full IDG/IGA program implementations as a project manager and brings deep experience operating within healthcare organizations.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of project management experience focused on IDG, IGA, or IAM initiatives
Proven experience leading an IDG system implementation as a Project Manager
Experience working in a mature PMO setting
Strong Waterfall project management experience
Generalist PM background (less emphasis on technical SME expertise)
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare initiatives through go-live
Must have the ability to come onsite as need in Marlton NJ to support go-lives (3-4 times/year)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP certification
Previous experience as a Project Manager within a health system or hospital environment
