Required Skills & Experience

• Head of Performance, Director of High Performance, or Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach.
• Experience with Olympic teams, U.S. National Teams, elite Division I programs, or professional franchises.
• Former Olympic or professional athlete now serving in coaching or performance leadership roles preferred.
• Core Capabilities:
• Load management and periodization strategy.
• Injury mitigation and durability frameworks.
• Cognitive performance integration (reaction time, decision-making under stress).
• Recovery science including sleep optimization and HRV monitoring.
• High-performance culture development.
• Value to POTFF:
• Design resilient human performance systems for high-stress operational environments.
• Bridge elite sport methodology to tactical populations.
• Provide performance credibility at senior DoD levels.
