Job Description

A large software company is seeking a Knowledge Coordinator to support the HR payroll knowledge workstream for a future payroll project. This role partners closely with policy and technology teams to ensure knowledge is complete, accurate, and ready to deploy alongside system and policy changes. Day‑to‑day work includes reviewing and QA’ing knowledge articles, redlining and consolidating existing content, creating new articles where gaps exist, applying new templates, and coordinating staggered publishing batches aligned to deployment dates. The role is highly dynamic, with work starting and stopping based on go‑lives, and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and cross‑functional communication.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in knowledge management, documentation, or content coordination, specifically within HR, payroll, or enterprise operations
Strong writing, editing, and QA skills (reviewing content, redlining, identifying gaps, validating links)
Experience working downstream of policy and technology teams, translating changes into clear, accurate knowledge
Comfortable creating net‑new content, consolidating multiple articles, and applying standardized templates
Able to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines tied to deployments and go‑lives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Payroll or HR transformation experience
Experience with knowledge bases / employee portals (internal and external)
Familiarity with policy‑driven technology changes or agent‑ready knowledge templates
