Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior‑level Executive Program Manager to support a growing technology company based in Austin, TX. This individual will act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, providing hands‑on support across business operations, financial planning, and cross‑functional program execution. The ideal candidate brings a Chief of Staff - like background with strong program management capabilities and demonstrated experience managing budgets, operating rhythms, and executive‑level business reviews. Key Responsibilities include:

-Business & Program Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple concurrent workstreams across people operations, financial planning, and process management
-Financial Planning & Budget Management: Partner with leadership to manage budgets and balance sheet-related responsibilities, support financial planning activities, and help evaluate and prioritize funding requests across teams
-Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs): Own and run the monthly business review process, including defining goals, organizing contributors, ensuring decks and content are accurate and up to date, and driving action‑oriented, outcome‑focused discussions.
-Cross‑Functional Alignment & Reporting: Align leaders and teams on reporting standards, metrics, and operating cadences; ensure consistent, high‑quality inputs across organizations.
-Interrupt & Priority Management: Act as an “interrupt manager” for leadership by sifting through competing business needs, navigating cross‑team dependencies, and helping leaders say no or re‑prioritize when necessary.
-Stakeholder Management: Operate comfortably across ambiguity, engaging senior leaders and technical teams with confidence, authority, and strong communication skills.
-Process Ownership & Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and operating models, take ownership of execution, and design improvements that increase efficiency, clarity, and accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

-Senior‑level experience as an Executive Program Manager, Executive Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar role
-Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial planning, or balance sheet management
-Strong program management experience beyond traditional project tracking
-Proven ability to run executive‑level business reviews and operating cadences
-Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with executives and technical leaders
-Experience aligning cross‑functional teams and managing competing priorities
-Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or executive‑supporting business role
-Experience supporting or partnering with engineering and technical teams
-Background working across IT, infrastructure, platform engineering, product, or FinOps organizations
