Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our 2K Core Games Publishing team to shape our next player experiences from early discovery through delivery.

This role sits firmly with our studio partner and is ideal for someone who has successfully shipped at least one PC / Console game, understands the realities of development teams and dev cycles, and excels at translating player data and research insights into clear, actionable product features recommendations to secure our Product Market Fit.

What You’ll Do

You will be the Product expert and drive support across the organization
You'll inform feature discovery and definition during early and ongoing development, partnering with our 2K Data Science, Consumer Insights and User research. You will brief the broader intelligence team to inform our Product Pillars explorations, define the audience and find our market fit. You will support our studio partners by translating these insights into actionable product recommendations.
You'll closely monitor market, platforms and player trends to inform our studio partners
You'll work with our Strategy, Brand and Creative leads to inform the Product positioning
You will partner directly with game and creative directors across two primary projects in development and bridge their needs with the 2K capabilities to drive success.
You will report progress, risks and opportunities to the 2K leadership
You'll partner with our 2K Production team to support the Product vision to come to life in a player centric way
Most importantly, you will be the player voice to the 2K and Studio partners, securing a player centric approach to guarantee the market fit

Required Skills & Experience

8–10+ years of Product Management experience in a Publishing environment
Shipped at least one game in a studio environment
Experience working closely with game development teams and directors

Strong background in:
Player behavior analysis
Market and user research
Feature discovery and prioritization
PC / Console dev cycles

Proven ability to:
Digest large, complex datasets or research reports
Extract key insights
Deliver strong, well‑reasoned recommendations
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners
Strong communication and relationship‑management skills

Fluent in French - mandatory
Willing and able to work onsite in Montreal
Experience with PC and/or Console games (edited)
