Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve its people strategy. This role will oversee core HR functions while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Advise senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce initiatives
- Oversee HR policies, programs, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop an HR team

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven experience supporting senior/executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
