Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / PMO to support Global Fraud Prevention initiatives at it's top fintech client. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Fraud teams to drive program execution, reporting, and operational optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning initiatives end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, PMO, or business analysis
-Experience in fraud prevention, payments, risk, or financial services environments
-Strong experience supporting cross‑functional programs in complex, matrixed organizations
-Advanced Jira experience (dashboards, tracking, reporting)
-Proven ability to create executive‑level reporting, decks, and presentations
-Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
-Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights
-Experience with process improvement, governance, and operational planning
-Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Budget tracking and financial reporting experience
-Scrum Master certification (CSM) or Product Owner certification (CSPO)
-Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, or similar)
