Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager to support a complex facility integration and site transition initiative. This role will play a critical part in coordinating construction activities, facilities readiness, and the relocation of major capital equipment to enable a successful move from one site to another.
The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, ensuring schedules, milestones, budgets, and dependencies are actively managed and clearly communicated. They will work closely with engineering, facilities, operations, vendors, and business partners to translate technical and operational requirements into actionable project plans.
This role requires a hands-on PM who is comfortable driving updates, tracking risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum across multiple parallel efforts. The PM will oversee logistical planning related to equipment moves, installation sequencing, and site readiness, while ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition to day-to-day execution, the Project Manager will provide clear status updates to leadership, escalate risks as needed, and ensure alignment across all parties involved. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to keep complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives moving forward toward defined outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or facilities environment
• Proven experience supporting facility expansions, relocations, or site integration efforts
• Hands-on project experience coordinating the movement and installation of large capital equipment between sites
• Strong background in budget tracking, financial forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with cross-functional internal teams in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience within the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry
