UKG Product Owner

A large retail client of Insight Global is migrating from Kronos to UKG and is looking to bring on a UKG Product Owner / Senior Functional Lead to support the beginning phases of the integration.
This role will serve as the functional liaison between business teams and the implementation partner with a strong focus on UKG Workforce Management.

What you will do:
Act as the Product Owner / functional lead for the UKG implementation, beginning with Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Labor
Gather, document, and manage requirements from Payroll, PRIS, HRIS, and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into UKG configurations and functional solutions
Partner closely with the implementation partner on technical execution and direction 
Collaborate with internal analysts and the Payroll Director throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with timekeeping and labor laws
Drive strong documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder communication
Take a hands‑on role in design decisions, issue resolution, and enhancements
Apply an analytics and data‑driven mindset when evaluating system performance and business needs

Strong UKG Workforce Management experience 
Experience working on end to end UKG/Kronos implementations or large system migrations
Sr Product Owner or Sr functional implementation background
Deep understanding of timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and labor rules
Comfortable acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Strong documentation and communication skill

Experience with ADP and/or Workday
Exposure to Boomi integrations
Payroll or workforce‑related certifications 
Technical background
