Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a highly hands-on Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale Salesforce enhancement and CRM migration initiative for one of our enterprise retail clients. This is a delivery-focused role ideal for a true “keyboard” developer who enjoys building, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions end-to-end — not a purely architectural or advisory role.
This position will play a key role in enhancing Salesforce capability during a critical migration and build phase, working closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, define future-state flows, and deliver scalable, code-based solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong, hands-on Salesforce development experience with:
-Apex (including test classes and code coverage best practices)
-Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Screen Flows and Salesforce UI development
-Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and performance considerations.
Experience & Attributes
-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience preferred.
-Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
-Comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience working with integrations and APIs is an asset.
