Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a leading Bank's digital initiatives by enhancing and improving internal facing applications and experiences. This role will serve as a first UX touchpoint on the project, working closely with cross‑functional teams to shape user flows, interaction models, and design direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and iterate on design concepts
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders during PI Planning and delivery
• Advocate for UX best practices and user‑centered design decisions
• Work within existing design systems and enterprise standards
• Clearly articulate design rationale and trade‑offs to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Strong Portfolio demonstrating: UX storytelling, Clear design thinking, Ability to explain and defend UX decisions
• 4+ years using Figma, Jira, Confluence
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Canva experience
