Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Developer with strong skills in Accela development, SSRS report design, and ASP.NET/.NET to support the Land Use and Environment Group (LUEG) of the County of San Diego. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise systems, developing workflows and integrations, and delivering high‑quality technical solutions within the County’s application ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of JavaScript experience
• Hands-on Accela development or configuration experience (scripting, workflows, permissions, modules)
• Experience in ASP.NET/.NET development (web apps, services, APIs)
• Proficiency in SQL and designing/modifying SSRS reports
• Experience working in enterprise Windows Server environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and relational database concepts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Advanced .NET development experience (integrations, middleware)
• Experience supporting Accela in government or large enterprise environments
• Experience with application testing and validation
• AWS experience (infrastructure, services, or integrations)
