CNC Router Operator

Program, set up, and operate a CR Onsrud CNC Router

· Utilize Mastercam software to create and modify toolpaths

· Cut and machine materials including wood, aluminum, plastics, and foam

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

· Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and calibration

· Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy

· Maintain equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance

· Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Proven experience operating a CR Onsrud CNC Router

· Strong working knowledge of Mastercam software

· Experience cutting wood, aluminum, plastics, and foam

· Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
