Job Description

The ED Registrar is responsible for registering patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance data, obtaining consent, and supporting patient flow during overnight hours. This role is highly process‑driven and customer‑facing.

Required Skills & Experience

- Data entry, insurance, registration or admitting experience
- Great customer service experience
- Someone flexible, Willing to learn, give their all and be coachable
- High school diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Epic (work queue)
- Insurance experience
- Interested in candidates with not much experience are the most coachable - doesn’t like "this is what I used to do at xyz hospital in this role" people
- Experience working in hospital or healthcare settings
