Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Cloud Application & Messaging Engineer to work for a large healthcare client. This senior‑level role supports a hospital system that has fully migrated email to Exchange Online and is expanding across the broader Microsoft 365 suite. The position is a backfill due to retirement and plays a key role in stabilizing messaging operations while helping move the organization toward a Microsoft‑first technology stack. The engineer will function as a subject matter expert for Exchange and email security, with shared responsibility for M365 expansion initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma & Bachelor's Degree.
-Strong Exchange Online operations and messaging support experience.
-Tier 2 / Tier 3 troubleshooting background.
-ServiceNow incident workflow experience.
-Proofpoint experience strongly preferred.
-Experience with Teams and Intune.
-M365 operational/security awareness.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Familiarity with Copilot (not yet deployed here).
-OneDrive/SharePoint rollout exposure.
-Microsoft Defender experience.
