We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst / Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end conception, rollout, and operational support of digital products and software platforms that power the patient user experience. This role requires a hands‑on, technically proficient leader who can bridge product strategy, technical execution, and operational delivery.
The ideal candidate has experience driving large‑scale software and hardware deployments, including tablet‑based and television display solutions with integrated applications, and serves as the central liaison across Desktop, AV, Network, Engineering, and Vendor teams. This individual will play a key role in feature upgrades, platform enhancements, and Epic integrations, ensuring a seamless, reliable, and intuitive patient experience.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, project management, or program management
Strong technical, hands‑on background supporting software and hardware deployments
Experience leading enterprise‑scale rollouts involving tablets, digital displays, or AV‑integrated platforms
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional technical teams (Desktop, AV, Network, Engineering)
Experience with healthcare systems, patient‑facing platforms, or Epic integrations strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting patient experience, digital front door, or clinical technology platforms
Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic preferred) and healthcare integration workflows
Strong understanding of software lifecycle management, release management, and feature delivery
Experience working in regulated or high‑availability environments
Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery experience
