Job Description

We are looking for a Traveling EPC Project Manager for an industrial EPC construction organization in the United States. This role will lead complex capital projects from engineering coordination through construction and commissioning, while serving as the primary client interface and owning cost, schedule, and risk.

Job Logistics
Shifts / Hours: Away for projects for 1-2 months and then back home until next project
Location: United States
Travel: Required - 100%
Work model: Onsite at project locations

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead full EPC project delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and contract compliance
- Interface directly with clients and project stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance
- Manage change orders, claims, and project risk
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Lead weekly and monthly project reporting

Compensation
Compensation: $110,000 to $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

7–15+ years of EPC, industrial, or manufacturing project management experience
Strong client and contract management experience
Familiarity with US codes and permitting
Good with traveling for 1-2 months at a time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

Experience in solar, semiconductor, battery, cleanroom, or process systems
PMP certification
