Insight Global is seeking a Regional Director of Implementation for one of their top clients ground transportation organization. This individual will lead end-to-end implementation of domestic ground transportation solutions, including LTL, FTL, parcel, brokerage, and managed transportation programs. They will be responsible for ensuring successful client onboarding for our customer, operational readiness, system integration, carrier alignment, and operational performance. Ideally this candidate is located in Houston, TX or open to relocating to the area.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
-Minimum 7–10 years experience in U.S. domestic ground transportation.
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience managing implementation or operational teams.
- Experience working with LTL, FTL, brokerage, and parcel carriers required.
- Proven track record launching mid-to-large domestic ground accounts.
