Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Proposal Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting new proposal efforts for the company and program. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating with cross‑functional teams, developing and managing proposal schedules, and overseeing the proposal process from start to finish. We are seeking a mid‑to‑junior level candidate who has owned and driven proposals through completion. This is an onsite role in Huntsville, AL, with a contract duration through October.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience within Proposal Management
- Background and knowledge with RFP, RFI, FAR/DFARs and worked on full proposal lifecycle (start to completion)
- Strong organizational skills and background working with a variety of different teams
- Experience working with aerospace & defense industry and knowing federal RFPs
