Job Description
The Group Product Manager is a visionary responsible for leading a team of product managers focused on improving existing products and defining new products. This role spans strategic to tactical activities, providing cross-functional leadership while establishing strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for critical product lines. The Group Product Manager collaborates with Strategy, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Success on various product initiatives. The Group Product Manager will also prioritize and execute their roadmap, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to adoption to optimization in an agile methodology, pivoting as needed in response to stakeholder and customer needs.
§ Build and develop a high-performing product team of 2-4 Product Managers, providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching
§ Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritizing, and delivering of products, managing the product development lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond
§ Identify opportunities to innovate and improve products based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
§ Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities
§ Apply domain expertise in wholesale lending and floorplan finance to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action to drive business growth
§ Proactively seek input from stakeholders to align the roadmap against business and customer needs
§ Communicate product information with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders with varying levels of technical and business skills
Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, planning and assigning work, performance management, and addressing team issues
Salary range between $155,000 to $180,000 with 15% bonus depending on skills and experience
Hybrid role- 2 days onsite in Alpharetta

Required Skills & Experience
Fintech or Enterprise Product Management with large scale and scope
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or information systems related field
8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software development
Prior experience managing and leading direct reports, including team development and performance management
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing product teams
Experience in fintech, financial services, or commercial lending strongly preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and effectively influence across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in an agile development environment with strong understanding of agile methodologies
Proven track record of successfully bringing software products to market
Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction
Ability to think strategically while staying on top of tactical execution
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
Ability to travel up to 25%
