Job Description
• Support launch of new Business Wireline Connectivity features and functionality across enterprise products;
• Interface with operational teams and gather their requirements and recommendations
• Translate enterprise business requirements into delivery ready scope
• Develop desk level procedures or wiki processes where applicable
• Facilitate solution testing through acceptance criteria, technical oversight, and process documentation development
• Provide and oversee production advocacy support for Business Wireline Connectivity product portfolios
