Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Workday Integration Analyst to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the US. This position is responsible for supporting the Epic Gold EHR project within our Supply & Service Resource Management (SSRM) workstream. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in ERP to Epic data integration and interfacing solutions, ensuring the smooth flow of data between our ERP systems and various EHR applications. Your in-depth knowledge and problem-solving abilities will be vital in driving our commitment to healthcare excellence through technology. Other responsibilities include:
-Interface Development: Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of healthcare data
interfaces, connecting our ERP systems with electronic health records (EHR), point of use systems, billing
systems, 3rd party point of use systems and other healthcare applications.
-Subject Matter Expertise: Over time serve as one of SSRM’s go-to experts on ERP to EHR interfaces and jobs
including their various setups, requirements, timing, and data standards.
-Collaboration: Gather interface and job requirements to ensure successful implementation, work closely with
cross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, project managers, national and facility
leaders.
-Interface and Job Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain supply chain interfaces and jobs to
guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and availability. Take corrective actions in case of any discrepancies or
failures.
-Integrations and Divestitures: Monitor, configure, test, maintain, and support the integration or divestiture of
enterprise wide or division interfaces and jobs.
-Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all data transfer and integration activities comply with relevant
healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and prioritize patient data privacy and security.
-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of interface configurations, standards, and protocols
for reference and auditing purposes.
-Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare data integration and
recommend enhancements to our ERP systems.
-Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure proper utilization
of enterprise wide or division interfaces. This includes attending and/or leading meetings.
-Agile: Work in an agile environment across developers, analysts, project managers, leaders, and stakeholders
utilizing Azure DevOps or a similar project management system.

Required Skills & Experience

-Must have experience supporting the set-up, configuration and testing of integrations between ERP and EHR systems
-Experience with Workday Supply Chain, preferably within a healthcare environment
-Experience with Epic
-Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience
-An understanding of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM; and compliance regulations, such as HIPAA.
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
skills.
-Must be willing to work 8am-4:00pm MST

-Experience with Cerner or Meditech
