Job Description
The Scrum Master will be responsible for enabling high-performing Agile teams by ensuring consistent application of Scrum practices and removing impediments to delivery. This role partners closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to drive predictable execution, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator, guiding teams through Agile ceremonies, improving team health and velocity, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. While this role operates within a scaled Agile environment, the primary focus is on team-level execution and delivery, rather than enterprise-wide transformation.
This position can pay between $60-70/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of relevant experience in a directly related field (Agile delivery, project/program management, or software development environments).
5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
Hands-on experience supporting multiple Agile teams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with exposure to SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Demonstrated experience facilitating core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Experience supporting PI Planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Proficiency with Jira, including workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards, and experience supporting or participating in Jira migrations.
Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery predictability.
Ability to support OKR alignment at the team level, ensuring sprint goals and delivery outcomes map to broader business objectives.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles within large enterprise environments.
