Job Description

This role is critical to ensuring AI solutions are not only technically sound, but solve the right problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and are positioned to scale across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for assigned AI use cases within the Accelerator program
Partner with business stakeholders to define problems, success criteria, and ROI targets
Prioritize use cases and features based on value, feasibility, and risk
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with AI Architects, Business Analysts, and Technical PMs throughout delivery
Ensure POCs are tied to measurable outcomes and clear scale‑readiness criteria
Support executive reviews by clearly articulating value, tradeoffs, and next steps
Drive alignment across business, technology, and governance stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Product Manager on complex enterprise initiatives
Experience owning products or platforms in AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation
Strong ability to define value, success metrics, and business outcomes
Experience working in regulated or risk‑sensitive environments
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑moving pilot environments
Ability to work locally with Bay Area stakeholders (onsite / hybrid)

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑moving pilot environments
Ability to work locally with Bay Area stakeholders (onsite / hybrid)
Nice to Have
Utility, energy, or infrastructure domain experience
Experience supporting AI pilots, accelerators, or POC‑to‑production efforts
Familiarity with AWS‑based platforms and data ecosystems
Experience partnering closely with data science or engineering teams
