Job Description

The Senior Epic Systems Analyst – Radiant is responsible for building, supporting, and optimizing Epic Radiant to support imaging and clinical workflows. This role partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system configurations and enhancements.
Responsibilities include leading small to mid-sized Epic initiatives, configuring and testing Radiant functionality, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing system optimization. The ideal candidate has strong Epic Radiant experience, understands imaging workflows, and can work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Computer Science, MIS, Information Sciences or related discipline or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant systems or Epic analyst experience
• Epic Radiant Certification (strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Good with Hybrid Schedule
• LOCAL TO SOUTH FLORIDA

• Strong Epic Radiant experience
• Experience working in medium‑sized, fast‑paced organizations,
• Proven ability to lead small to medium‑scale projects
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to learn and adapt
