Job Description
An employer is looking for a RMA technicians to joining their RMA (Returned Materials) Team in North Scottsdale. These individuals will be overseeing the logging and testing of returned product to the distribution center. During this testing they will be involved in discovering the problem, solving the problem that caused malfunctions and then also test the product and recover video. They will be processing the product through a return log and then update the log when it is fixed.
Responsible for determining device failure source and put together refurbished products. Responsibilities also include:
• May be requested to assisted in testing specific functions per RMA Manager as generated from Quality team.
• Will coordinate with RMA Manager for specific devices to be tested.
• Act as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements.
• Maintain RMA Databases used, such as JIRA.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years’ electronic troubleshooting experience
o DC and AC Circuit knowledge
o Previous exposure to soldering
• Good base knowledge of electronics
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Ability to read logs and schematics.
• Electronic/Electrical manufacturing troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics and JIRA.
