Kola Care is right at Home of Southern Arizona, founded in 2013 and operates Arizona locations in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista, serving Pima and Cochise Counties. They also operate a location in Henderson, Nevada.
Their purpose is to improve quality of life by helping people navigate the aging journey so that veterans and older adults can do the things they love to do and live the way they want to live.
Kola Care clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support. Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Experience Manager to join our team as a skilled manager and emerging leader.
Client Care Manager / Caregiver Supervisor – Job Responsibilities
Manage and support assigned caregivers; serve as the primary point of contact when caregivers encounter issues or need guidance
Manage client relationships to ensure care services meet expectations and client needs
Conduct regular supervisory visits with clients and caregivers to assess quality of care and overall satisfaction
Perform mandatory quarterly in‑home visits as required by state regulations
During visits, evaluate whether:
Services are being delivered appropriately
Clients are satisfied with their caregiver
Any safety, neglect, or abuse concerns are present (including potential abuse by family members)
Document findings from supervisory visits and take appropriate action when concerns or issues are identified
Increase visit frequency when problems arise to ensure client safety and care quality

Develop and nurture client relationships.
Ensure extraordinary experiences for and delivery of care to clients.
Onboard new clients.
Increase service hours for assigned clients.
Assess client needs and develop custom care plans, then visit regularly to ensure success.
Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling.
Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners.
Hire, onboard, train, supervise and support a team of professional caregivers.
We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team contributes to our success. In this role you will be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
Increase service hours for existing clients to grow company revenue.
No unstaffed client visits.
Less than 1% of total hours in unbilled overtime.
Maintain a ratio of 1.5 caregivers to 1 client.
