Job Description
This role supports fleet operations by coordinating dashcam and telematics deployments, maintaining accurate fleet data, and delivering reliable reporting and insights. Responsibilities include ordering and tracking dashcam hardware, coordinating third‑party installations, assigning devices to vehicles, verifying connectivity, and providing basic troubleshooting support, while maintaining reporting on deployment, usage, and data quality.
The position also manages fleet inventory records and vehicle specifications, prepares and validates fleet reports through data entry and cleansing, supports basic analysis and cost studies related to fleet standards, and partners with Fleet Support, HSEI, Operations, and vendors to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. This role maintains fleet documentation, supports process improvements, provides regular status updates to leadership, and responds to field inquiries with a strong customer service mindset.
Compensation:
$31/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
○ Fleet operations
○ Logistics or supply chain
○ Operations or procurement
○ Automotive, safety, or category management roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with above‑average Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently after onboarding
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Strong attention to detail with a safety‑focused mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior exposure to company fleet programs, dashcams, GPS telematics, or safety initiatives
Experience with fleet or telematics platforms such as Holman Insights, Geotab, or similar systems
