As part of EPBCS team, you will:

• Lead the design and development of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applications
• Design and develop core components, including integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables and escalate issues promptly
• Proactively resolve and escalate critical issues to safeguard project timelines and objectives
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Foster collaboration among peers, leads, onsite teams, and stakeholders to drive solution optimization
• Mentor and empower junior team members, shaping technical and functional capabilities
• Serves as a key liaison between business users and the project's technical team

• 4+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle Planning
• Strong Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS and its features
- Experience with EPBCS: Expertise in configuring Planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects), business rules/calculation scripts, and managing data integration via Data Management. Knowledge of Essbase, Smart View reporting, EPM Automate, and understanding financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience with PCMCS: Design, build, maintain and manage complex allocation models to analyze profitability. Key skills to include defining driver-based allocation rules, creating Smart View reports and data integration. Working knowledge of cost accounting, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
• Experience in EPBCS OOB Modules, Custom and Reporting cubes
• Proven track record implementing solutions across EPM Suite projects
• Deep expertise in Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management and MDX calculations
• Proficient in managing user provisioning and security setup in Shared Services
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with both business and IT-focused clients

• Experience with FCCS (Financial Consolidation Cloud Service): Configure and manage DIMENSIONS/metadata, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, data management, and designing data forms and reports. Smart View and writing calculation rules (Rules/Calc Manager) and strong understanding of financial consolidation processes
- Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Knowledge in prototyping, solution enhancement, and performance optimization
• Proficient with EPM Automate, Batch/Shell operations, and Groovy scripting
• Exposure to ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS or alternative third-party reporting solutions
